We knew what we were looking for and the price we were willing to pay. The sales negotiations were very smooth and we felt like we got the deal we needed. I seated the internet for the truck I was wanting. I found it a couple places but Long-McArthur (Malory) was the first to respond with an email and then a follow up phone call. After our purchase our farmbureau agent told us we were intitled to a $5oo rebate a sent us the info. We took it to the dealer and were told that they used it to get our price of the car down. But at no ti intitled to a $5oo rebate a sent us the info. We took it to the dealer and were told that they used it to get our price of the car down. But at no time were we informed of the rebate or given the option to use it on the purchase of our car. It was our rebate to use and they used it without our permission. We were very disappointed that it was handled the way it was. Mike Solis was not aware of it and we were very happy with him as our saleperson. We were not happy with the way this was handled, but what do we do about this issue now, they have already used our rebate, not saying we would not have used it on the purchase of the car, but we were not given the chance to decide. I am sure nothing will be done, but wanted to vent our disappointment on how this was handled. More
Monte and Malory were very nice. Monte is probably the most honest salesman I have ever talked with. I was doing a 9 hour away trade with pics only and a phone call.
