Took Bronco in to get heater fixed under warranty. When we picked it up it had a couple thousand dollars damage to the interior and body from mechanic. We were told about one item broke. It was covered in oil and grease. Was told by service tech that we should expect damage when we bring in service. Now they have to order a bunch of new interior parts to replace and we have to have body work and painting done. I refuse to let there body shop do work so Conklin is doing it and Lm is paying them. To top it off they did not fix the problem. Damages include both sun visors broke, console damage, hood piece, dash parts and dent in door jamb requiring body and repaint. They even had to detail it after we went to get it to clean up all the oil and crap. I would highly recommend to not use them. We were told that their mechanics are not held accountable for any issues. More

The buying experience with Darin was the easiest, most pleasant experience I have had buying a car! Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was pleasant and professional! Had an 0845 oil change appointment on 2-8-25 for my Lincoln MKX. Waited until 1130 before I went up to the service desk to check the status. Vehicle has been finished awhile but service desk did not se Lincoln MKX. Waited until 1130 before I went up to the service desk to check the status. Vehicle has been finished awhile but service desk did not see paperwork and key dropped off. I was the only one in the service area for a long time as business was very very slow. Very disappointed. Service desk took $40 off service. Probably will not come back in the future. More

Made my F150 purchase in February 2024. . Got my extended warranty too. Ya know, Ford dealership supposedly covers diagnostics, labor parts per contract stipulations. Don't bet on it here . Service advisor told me they would charge me labor to figure it out.. i don't know, like, drive it around for a while? My gas, no problem! But really? That was your answer? Charge me labor for your time and inconveniencing you?. Like my warranty didn't exist. Offered minimal support for diagnostic services, placed it all back on my plate. Very obstinate, rude, hostile. Amazing level of insulting behavior. You listening Ford? Then told me I had to figure out the problem, and report back to them..... Old man Fords' philosophy still reigns supreme: "The customer can always choose the color of their car... as long as it's black!!!" Stay away... far away. More
