This was my first and final stop on my car buying journey! The shop can’t keep up with the sales. One thing I asked to fix a back latch on the new box truck I was buying. Did not get looked at. We had a good purchase experience with Brian Coury. Attentive, helpful and courteous. Not great are the $700 dealer charge and mandatory $199 fee for some kind of theft proofing item on used cars. Then they charge an extra $750 if you don’t finance. So we financed, paid it off in less than a month and only paid an extra $50 in interest. Not bad. Then the 2015 Honda Civic we bought turned out to need new struts (covered by used car warranty) and a new fan belt. It was a bit of a fiasco getting the repairs done but Sam in service worked diligently to get it done, a bit late, but eventual. And no charge. So generally a good experience so far. Hoping the car stays healthy! More
