My 2009 Grand Caravan (bought via Tim O'Hara), needed a new head Gasket (151,000 miles - otherwise all OK.) They do very well with communicating and keeping me updated. Unfortunately, it took over 3 hours to get through the quick service lane and I was the 3rd person in line at 7am.
