I am very disappointed in this dealership. They are very unprofessional and disrespectful with the customers. Their attitude was awful. i took my truck in to be fixed under warranty. My truck They are very unprofessional and disrespectful with the customers. Their attitude was awful. i took my truck in to be fixed under warranty. My truck was there for 3 months and was never fixed. I was told the part needed was on back order with no ETA. They tried another option, which was ordering a new transmission that would have the part my truck needed but they said a new transmission for a GMC sierra was also on back order with no ETA. After calling in several times for several weeks is when they offered a curtesy vehicle. After several months of no ETA I asked for options on just trading my truck in for a different vehicle. A sales rep told me he would look at their inventory and get back to me with different options, but he never did. After a month I searched at other dealerships. Once i told them I would be taking the truck elsewhere they made a huge deal about it and made it a hassle to be able to take my truck. I do not recommend this dealership for any of your vehicle maintenance or repairs. More
