I was promised a call back when my new tire arrived. No call back. The service tech never checked on my new tire being received. I had to keep calling the service tech to get her to go to the parts No call back. The service tech never checked on my new tire being received. I had to keep calling the service tech to get her to go to the parts department to check. Tire was received and still no one called. I was left to sit at home with the donut tire...which I can't drive on...even though the new tire was in. I felt I did most of the work for the service tech...she hadn't a clue. Next day I received a call from the office to make an appointment to get new tire put on. The work had already been done and the office girl didn't know...didn't look it up on her work schedule. Had I not kept calling the day the tire came in, the office would have let me sit at home for another day before putting on the new tire. Very unhappy with the breakdown in communications and that I had to keep telling the service techs the correct thing to do. Very unhappy and disappointed. Lou Wangler More

I would not recommend anyone to go get service at Lochmandy auto. They charged me $312.68 to change a light bulb and check a check engine light. Why I am so upset is all the Hidden fees. $78.78 for Lochmandy auto. They charged me $312.68 to change a light bulb and check a check engine light. Why I am so upset is all the Hidden fees. $78.78 for light bulb. Additional $5.51 for other parts. Labor $165. Other Labor $30.99. Enviro Fee $29.40. Doc Fee $3. All these hidden charges to change a light bulb and check engine light. I am surprised that they get any business with all these charges. I will let everyone know not to do business with this company. More
