1. I spent 2.5 hours in the express lane...for only an oil change and inspection. The service tech thought it was funny...I didn't see the humor. 2. I didn't know it, but people are allowed to bring in their filthy animals with them to the waiting lounge. The dogs scratch on the chairs, "scoot" on them, and have accidents. I'm supposed to sit on these chairs and wait...sometimes for hours just for an oil change. My opinion is no dogs should be allowed. Either that, or Lochmanday Motors should do a deep cleaning of all the chairs and carpet at least twice a week. Better yet...ban dogs and other pets from coming inside. Work not completed in a timely manner and service tech that was funny. I didn't. More
