My oil change took an excessive amount of time. Not because of the technicians but because of the person who processed my paperwork. I also had an issue with a light that was not changed during my last visit. I was told about a light being out so I authorized the repair. The repair was supposedly done and I was billed for the part and labor. I quickly learned the work had not been done so I called and was told notations would be made so I could have the work done when I came back. I conveyed this to the attendant and she ignored it and insisted the bulb must have just burned out again, which means I paid for the bulb and labor twice. There are two sisters who work there that are amazing. This encounter was with a third attendant that I have never dealt with before. More
