Well the buying experience was good. Jay is a nice guy and did a good job for me. Purchased on Friday evening and they kept the car to detail until Monday evening. I was excited to pick up car Monday even and did a good job for me. Purchased on Friday evening and they kept the car to detail until Monday evening. I was excited to pick up car Monday evening and When I get there the car is low on oil, cilajet coating they put on has issues, detail job was just ok considering I was told 4 people would be working on it. Due to the oil being low they had to keep the car Another day because they couldn’t give us a quart of oil from the service department to fill it but hey they are going to give me a full tank of gas when we pick it up. Again the salesman Jay was great and we really liked him, he worked hard to find the car I wanted. What goes on behind the scenes need some serious supervision and the employees should be held accountable for the work they are supposed to do. I’m fortunate that my dad is a mechanic and knows to check fluids otherwise I would be driving around with a car very low on oil. so I’ve owned the car since Friday and still don’t have it. Hopefully everything is taken care of tomorrow when I pick it up again. More

Ended up purchasing a 2019 Ford Ranger from Livermore Ford in May 2020. The salesperson was very uninformed about the features of the vehicle and could not answer basic questions. I just received the ve Ford in May 2020. The salesperson was very uninformed about the features of the vehicle and could not answer basic questions. I just received the vehicle’s license plate, and even though I was very specific that we did not want commercial plates as they were not needed and more expensive, commercial plates came in the mail. The truck was also not prepped as expected and needed during this time of sanitization. I had also inquired about accessories, and he could not give a referral. It was quite sad. More
