The buying process was ok. Alessandro, my salesmen wasn't pushy or anything. I had researched the car I wanted, new exactly what I was getting and that was fine. The problems came after I left the. They had no idea what I was talking about and said they would never call me back. I left s message with Alessandro and he never called back. It's this kind of dishonesty and poor customer service that taints the whole experience. The paint needs to be buffed and all 4 wheels need to be re-finished, all promised to me, and still no communicating weeks later. Very disappointing. More
