Little House of Cars responded

Customer had not called prior to coming to lot to check to see if the vehicle was still available, also admitted to saying that the vehicle was taken offline 2 weeks ago and had not questioned if the vehicle had been sold. Lastly customer never called in to see if they were approved as they had only done the prequalification on CarGurus and assumed that they had been approved
