great service... poor sales The girl that was helping me with the oil change was absolutely great. I didn't catch her name. She was at the desk to the left when you walk in. 10 out of 10 for her, but she kept asking for help from co-workers who were too busy talking with each other and cracking jokes. She was frustrated that no one else was willing to actually step up and help her manage the customers. I'm a local business owner and if I saw that xxxx happen in my office heads would roll. While I was waiting for the oil change, I wanted information on the newer Tacoma models and wandered the lot for 10 minutes. I made eye contact with two different salesmen who turned away and ignored me. Same with parts. It was like pulling teeth to get someone to answer questions about steps and bull bars. People waiting on service are prime for sales. Don't discount that. More
