WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!! To keep this short I would advise anyone who is purchasing a vehicle or getting their Toyota serviced NOT to go to Lithia Toyota of Missoula. I could say a few things they have right, and MANY things they do wrong. All I have to say is if I'm spending almost $20,000 on a vehicle I at least expect to be taken care of and not a boot out the door feeling as if they are finally glad I'm gone.
