LITHIA TOYOTA IN MISSOULA MONTANA Over charged on contract, service Department pressured me to rotate tires for free. After 5 times of saying NO I gave in. They replaced them with worn out tires and I had to buy new ones (elseware). Heard this was common practice of Lithia. Right after I bought my 2013 Prius It has constant problems with the console shutting down and rebooting. Only through Corporate they were to change it out. Supposedly they did but it didn't fix problem. It is only worse now. Now they say Tundra doing same thing but don't know fix. The defroster is not positioned right so it will not defrost the window to where you can see. However it worked great before the console was changed out. Oh. They also stole my IPOD that was in the glove box too. You get the same thing every time you take it in. CANT DUPLICATE PROBLEM OR IT WORKS JUST LIKE OTHER USED VEHICLES OF THE MAKE AND MODEL. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT DEAL WITH LITHIA TOYOTA IN MISSOULA ON ALL LEVELS. THEY ARE JUST AS CROOKED AS THE 2016 Presidential candidates. PLEASE TURN LITHIA TOYOTA IN IF THEY HAVE DONE YOU WRONG! THIS NEEDS TO STOP. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO. THEY WASTE YOUR TIME AND DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Very satisfied I scheduled an appointment for a service job. I arrived at scheduled time and was immediately taken to a service representative. After the servicing was completed in a short period of time, the service representative went over all the things that was accomplished and had recommendations that I might need in the future. Toyota management must be putting a lot of significance in this feedback. Even this field requires a minimum of 25 words. I feel like I was "pushed" a bit into making positive comments. That makes me uncomfortable. I believe actions speak louder than words. I had a good service experience. I love my RAV4. Do either of those facts sit in the "exceptional" category? Not necessarily. A significant recall problem identified and we initiated contact with the sales department and were able to trade up from out 2008 to a 2012 Toyota Tocoma . Both service and sales [ Chuck Crossling] were extremely courteous and very helpful in the resolution of our situation. If I lived in Missoula I would continue to use the services of Lithia Toyota and recommend the same to others. TSK More

Sales needs work! We have been driving Toyota's for 20 plus years. We have always had great service on our vehicles here in Missoula. Paul in the service Department has We have been driving Toyota's for 20 plus years. We have always had great service on our vehicles here in Missoula. Paul in the service Department has been great to work with over the years. The last 2 vehicles ,which are Toyota's, have been purchased from Dealerships out of town. I have found that Lithia has not been the best to work with when trying to make a deal to purchase a new vehicle. Dealerships in Spokane and Great Falls treated us much better and worked with us to make a better deal. The only reason the overall rating is as high as it is (4 stars) is due to the great service we receive. I will try Lithia one more time before I go out of town to make a purchase in a couple of years. After that if they don't have their sales act together I will not give them another chance. We love Toyota's! More
