Within 30 minutes all of he details were complete - he found the car that I wanted with the extras I was looking for and very fair pricing (and all of that over the phone) all it was left was to get to dealership, sign the paperwork and drive the car off - but not before Brian took time to explain me every little detail about the car (and demonstrate few features that I did not know abort, despite doing the research ahead of the time). Last but not the least, I did drive over 2 1/2 hours to Lithia (had several dealer shops closer to my house but the word of mouth and references were the reason I gave Lithia the chance - and I was happy to do so More
