When I went to the dealership I already wanted the vehicle that I was asking about. It was not on the lot because it was so new it was being cleaned. Phillip was great. Very helpful, not at all pushy, and definitely seemed more interested in finding a vehicle that fit what I was looking for rather than just making a sale. Much better than any other dealership experience I've had in Billings. Both Phillip and Michael were very non-judgmental with my less than perfect credit. I really appreciate how much they did to help me finance my truck. I had the opportunity today to deal with their service department after the sale and I really felt like they wanted to take care of me as a customer. They performed work beyond what we had scheduled and didn't charge me for the extra things that needed to be taken care of as part of the root cause. I was really impressed with how sensitive they were to my schedule too. Lithia Toyota is easily the best dealership in Billings. They are now my first stop for any of my future vehicle needs. More

Tried to buy a 1987 Blazer I phoned dealership and talked to Ryen and he sent me some pics and told me what great shape the truck was in .. I asked for a few more pics and thats when my phone calls and e-mai to Ryen and he sent me some pics and told me what great shape the truck was in .. I asked for a few more pics and thats when my phone calls and e-mails were not returned as if he had no time for me ...Then I decided to try another sales person and talked to Phil he said he would take the extra pics and send them in 10 min ..never happened.. Called Patric he told me the vehile was to go to auction .I asked why is it still listed he said well in case someone would like to buy it off the lot . ok does not make sence... Got a e-mail from Brittnee and she explained that the truck had too many "safety issues" and they would have to wholesale it..What a contradiction of Ryen's e-mail on what great shape it was in and that it "passed our mechanical insnspection" . Truck is still for sale on carsforsale.com , today is Aug 10 2013. Totally got the run around by Lithia Toyota of Billing MT.. Not sure why but you have my reasons for the review. More
