The people who represent Lithia Toyota, Billings always go above and beyond just selling a vehicle. They provide excellent customer care and assistance. They are friendly, courteous, and never pushy. They assisted me with trading a Toyota truck that I had just leased 6 months before for a SUV that my elderly mother could get into more easily. It truly is a team effort and they provided a solution for my problem. Lithia toyota of Billings, has the best service department I have ever been too, they are very polite and friendly and treat you as a person and not a number, they explain everything they do in gre department I have ever been too, they are very polite and friendly and treat you as a person and not a number, they explain everything they do in great detail and if you something more done to your vehicle,find you and ask you before they perform the extra service.
