Easy, good I went in, the took my car and told me there was a recall on the brakes. I left and asked them to call me when its done. They call me and say they couldn't download the brake thing but everything else was done with in 45 minutes or so. I went back, sign a paper, grab my keys and left. It was easy, simple, quick. More
