They are refusing to give me service receipt & so much worse ...Because there is more legal issues involved. Subaru corporate just isn't responding to my emails at this point either. Very crooked! They had my car for 1.5 weeks and didn't even run a diagnostic. Charged me 130, saying nothin wrong, stuck me with rental car bill of 200.They had my car til 6pm Saturday and refused to pay past Thursday.I didn't get my car back from them til 6pm Saturday. They sat on car til end of Monday-Thus, rental place charged me 200.00 (4 days +gas-even though I replenished fuel before returning). Did I mention that the night I was told I had to get a rental- There was a courtesy vehicle sitting right there? That following Monday, my car was towed right back in. My husband took a day off to monitor their inspection and made them hook it up to a diagnostic machine- and viola! 2 codes! Mechanic even asked why they never found anything when I bring car, but they find all kinds of stuff when he comes in. Really? So my husband forgot to obtain receipt during that visit, and now Keith Kamimoto is refusing to give it to me, stating that he needs approval from upper management before he can give it to me. Family of 5 living off of our 25 year old back up car with 201650 miles on it. It runs better than this subaru! Corporate won't even respond to any of my emails either, because of the crookedness that ensued between my broker and his buddies in San Jose dealership and Fresno dealership. I was told I had a warranty, but then I didnt. And then I did, to cover my former broker's lie. And now I'm told I dont again. And then I'm now learning that I had 8 warranty options I should have been given? Oh my goodness. I pray no one else endures what we have. This lemon issue and the crooked nest and unprofessional ism has gone on since 2015 when head gasket initally blew. Engine plagued with intermittent issues ever since. More

I know that the wash rack is quite busy at times but took a chance to d Recently I received a free car wash as a anniversary gift from Lithia Subaru. I know that the wash rack is quite busy at times but took a chance to deliver my vehicle on announced on a Tuesday morning. My service rep was Christopher and he politely receive the car and put it through its process as quickly as possible. Although it took one hour for the car wash I enjoyed reconnecting with Grant and talking with the sales personnel on the floor about the new models. I also requested assistance the programming of the navigational computer aboard my outback in the instruction was provided. Lithia continues to be a customer service oriented dealership and Am delighted to be a part of the entire experience. Thank you Lithia and here's to another year of Pleasant Subaru outback ownership experience. More

CONCERNS I scheduled an appointment for routine oil change and inspection. When my scheduled appointment day arrived I waited for the service bay doors to open I scheduled an appointment for routine oil change and inspection. When my scheduled appointment day arrived I waited for the service bay doors to open and pulled my car forward and was greeted by Michelle Her. I was asked what kind of service was to be performed and told Michelle that I had scheduled a routine oil service and inspection but had concerns about the engines cooling system. A service agreement was drafted and after the shuttle driver had dropped me at work, Michelle had called to let me know my concerns were warranted,the radiator had started to separate at the seam causing it to leak. The same day I was picked up by the shuttle driver and I inspected the radiator and the part was sourced and repaired the following Saturday. I have taken care of my vehicle and it takes care of me and it is good to know that in a sometimes unscrupulous world there are fair dealings when one is concerned. Thank you Michelle and Lithia Subaru. More
