The service manager assesed my problem and fixed the car. I live 40 min. from the nearest Subaru and roadside assistance came to the rescue and picked up my vehicle. It was stresssful for me as I did not know what was wrong with the vehicle. . My battery died but I had not left any lights on . . As it turned out my battery was scracked and leaking battery acid. The service manager told me that the occasional dead batter would occur with that problem. Thankfully he had the skill set to replace the battery. . Thank you. . More

Excellent customer service I truly appreciate how Suburu stands behind their products. My car had over 100,000 miles on it and they still replaced my short block due to excessiv I truly appreciate how Suburu stands behind their products. My car had over 100,000 miles on it and they still replaced my short block due to excessive oil consumption. They paid for my rental car and were very accomodating to my schedule.
