From my first visit inquiring about a potential warranty issue to today when the issue was resolved I was impressed by his professionalism and knowle From my first visit inquiring about a potential warranty issue to today when the issue was resolved I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. Initially he calmly explained what my issue was and how your techs would decide if it would be covered under the warranty. He handled today's visit masterly especially when it was discovered that my car had been bumped without his knowledge to facilitate another customer. I appreciate his extra effort in ensuring that I, a resident of Visalia, would be able to get my errands accomplished in spite of the delay. On my way home I contacted a friend with potentially the same problem and recommended Josh and your shop. I was impressed and would appreciate, if appropriate, a call to discuss my experience.. Service is excellent and the staff are always pleasant. I have never had a negative experience and this is our second Legacy. Recently came in for the regular maintenance appointment. While there I aske I have never had a negative experience and this is our second Legacy. Recently came in for the regular maintenance appointment. While there I asked valve stems could be checked because my low air pressure signal was staying on even after adding air to tires several times. It was checked out and I was told no problem, just needed, all is well. Actually not the case. After leaving Lithia light/signal came back on almost immediately. I will now take it into Sam's Club.
