Joshua Bushee was my Service Advisor. From my first visit inquiring about a potential warranty issue to today when the issue was resolved I was impressed by his professionalism and knowle From my first visit inquiring about a potential warranty issue to today when the issue was resolved I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. Initially he calmly explained what my issue was and how your techs would decide if it would be covered under the warranty. He handled today's visit masterly especially when it was discovered that my car had been bumped without his knowledge to facilitate another customer. I appreciate his extra effort in ensuring that I, a resident of Visalia, would be able to get my errands accomplished in spite of the delay. On my way home I contacted a friend with potentially the same problem and recommended Josh and your shop. I was impressed and would appreciate, if appropriate, a call to discuss my experience..
