The Lithia Subaru SERVICE department is great. Michael has been our regular advisor, but on our last visit Jonathan really did a great job, too. They've both made a point of referencing the CPO extended warranty, offering worthwhile guidance while steering clear of the kind of upselling that other dealerships get a bad rep for. Again, the SERVICE team is A+, in my opinion. My last interaction with the sales side was lacking, the sales manager (Frank) was borderline combative, and, as a clear indication of our experience, we ultimately bought our car at Capitol Subaru in San Jose. All that said, my wife loves her Forester and I'm content with the SERVICE team. More
