Joel Wodke was a spectacular salesman who was so knowledgable about the 2012 Hyundai Sonata that I bought it that day. Everyone was very friendly and we were able to come to an agreement within a couple of hours. The only negative issue - it took over 3 hours to get through the financing with an hour and a half of that being agreement within a couple of hours. However on a good note - the finance manager was able to lower our interest rate another 1/2 percent. The finance manager was also very friendly and informative. We would recommend the dealership and definitely both sales people we worked with. More

Deborah is a great sales representative. Since I was from California, I didn't want to drive all the way up to Reno just to look at the car and not get it so we were talking over the phone and trying to nego California, I didn't want to drive all the way up to Reno just to look at the car and not get it so we were talking over the phone and trying to negotiate a great deal. After a long day of going back and forth on the telephone, Deborah give me a great deal for the car that I wanted. That weekend, my uncle, my sister, and my mom we drove up there and got straight down to business. Deborah welcomed my family and I with open arms and was willing to help us get a great deal. This man told me an out right lie, I spent 2 days trying to get him to tell me the truth and he never did. Please tell Tom "Line # 1. is NOT a Lithia audit number" See that's what he told me EVEN when I q to get him to tell me the truth and he never did. I guess If we want the truth we must go elsewhere! I am going to complain to corporate as the local dealership is not responding to my questions and concerns!! I initially walked in with no intention of buying a car as I was totally opposed to the idea of an impulse buy based on quarter tactics and their speech about "end of month and end of year". I'm in sales; don't belly ache to me about your goals. I hit mine for my company so I couldn't care less about yours. I want a good deal on a car. Aside from that, Norm was very knowledgeable about the cars and (we'd emailed prior to our sales appointment) he had 3 models that were right in my range ready to go. Test drove one, but conversation went to model I preferred. Norm was professional and helpful throughout. Norm and his sales manager haggled with me about the price and, I'm sorry for folks that don't like that, but that's the interaction that needs to happen to get the best deal for both parties involved. I assume Lithia Hyundia made some money, and I know I walked out of there feeling like I got a very good deal based on my research and what Norm and his manager were able to work out. Win and Win, right? More
