My car was in the shop for 5 days due to a misfire until the 4th day the mechanic checked it out and I had to drive back to El Paso and come back until the 5th day. They fixed the misfire but would not do a the 4th day the mechanic checked it out and I had to drive back to El Paso and come back until the 5th day. They fixed the misfire but would not do an oil change that I asked for since the car was sitting there. I had to drive back to El Paso to get the oil changed. They have horrible service.We need to improve our customer service. More

The service department lady was dressed in leggings and an oversized sweater? Not professional for a deal ship n my opinion also not too friendly either. Also the male was consistently on the cell phone as it appeared to be a bother when people walked in or called. Phone rang 5 times before he put his cell phone down to answer the call, after he answered he told the customer it would be 1-1.50 hour wait when there was no one in line at the service department? That made no sense? Hung up jumped right back to his phone was scrolling on social media? Not professional people at all. More
