I was expecting more. We had tire rotation with oil change. The tires were not filled to the 34 psi (est) that it should have been. Instead a couple tires were 29 psi, 1 wa We had tire rotation with oil change. The tires were not filled to the 34 psi (est) that it should have been. Instead a couple tires were 29 psi, 1 was 27, the other was 28 psi. Any other place that had EVER done a tire rotation took the time to check psi. Grant it, it was busy, but it's part of the service. And lastly, the receptionist that took my payment, she didn't bother greeting me, she was not warm and welcoming. Sure looked like she was having a bad day....sorry to inconvenience her! More

HORRIBLE!!!+ I just bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler and when we test drove it had a drone sound after 50 mph and sales person told me it had warranty they would fix it I just bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler and when we test drove it had a drone sound after 50 mph and sales person told me it had warranty they would fix it. I purchased it and I went out of town and it stopped on me a total of 6 times during the weekend on the highway and the check engine light is on. I called in from work and went to dealership to speak to Steve the manager told me he would have it towed to give the receptionist my address. Didnt see him again I asked receptionist if I could have a rental car. They loan me a dirty filthy car. After I got to work Manager Steve called me to call road side service so they can tow it. It was towed to Dodge in Odessa Granted none of this was my fault. I never heard anything else from manager. Next day I called Dodge and they said they had informed manager it will take 2-3 days for diagnostic. He never notified me. Now I bought a vehicle that is in shop and who knows when I will get it back. Frustrating because they sold it to me like that and for almost 40k. More

Our only issue has been with the completion of the financing process through Hyundai Credit. The process st the dealership went smoothly but we have been on the phone several times with them to provide more information or to clarify something. More
