I had spoken to a sales manager at Lithia Hyundai on the phone prior to going to the dealership. I had located the vehicle I wanted in the configuration we wanted at a different dealership up North, but t phone prior to going to the dealership. When we arrived, we were greeted at the door by Adam Fosdick. He was friendly, very professional and changed our minds about car Salesmen in general after dealing with him. Adam was very gregarious, attentive, likeable and just seemed to be good guy. My wife liked Adam and he made her feel comfortable during the entire process.
