I have cried every since I walked out of this place with my head spinning owing 42000 . I told them what I could afford with my trade in and needed at the least 1000 back now I won’t be able to even pay my my head spinning owing 42000 . I told them what I could afford with my trade in and needed at the least 1000 back now I won’t be able to even pay my insurance and I m just dick inside owing 42000 with a 565 a month payment I cannot afford . I haven’t even told anybody I got a new car they keep me there for hours throwing numbers st me I just want my life back before yesterday this is not what getting s new car should feel like . I’m going to lose my happiness cause I can’t live with something I can’t afford , I worked so hard to get the credit score I have but now my life is a mess and all I can do is cry they didn’t listen to what I said they are sharks and they’re talking my life . Don’t buy anything without a someone with you cause they break you down tell you just want to get out of there . Yesterday I went 20 years backwards in my life with my worry’s and struggling I hate this car and my life feels like I’ve failed .. I’m weak . And I let them ruin my happy life I had . When I think of this experience I compare it to someone being Interrogated and prosecuted for something they didn’t do or want to be in the worst horrible experience I’ve ever had I can see everything I’ve worked so hard for me to lose everything they didn’t listen to anything I told them what I could afford when I couldn’t they just pressured me and pressured me at the very end I’m signing all the papers and they throw the six or $65 a month on there and I’m walking away with nothing no money to start my answers I’m xxxxed More
Took my car to get some work done. They call car was ready on Thursday I went to pick up the car turn in my rental. I bought 2 cars cash and was treated horrible with service and that’s to say the least! Don’t do it! One car is a 2012 Nissan z 370 and a brand new Santa Fe. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! They posted a sale on a new vehicle that i was interested in. Next morning i inquired on the vehicle and it was still available, so i proceeded to p They posted a sale on a new vehicle that i was interested in. Next morning i inquired on the vehicle and it was still available, so i proceeded to put in a credit application. My application was approved and was asked to go in to sign paperwork. As i was heading to the dealership excited about getting a new car, I received a text saying there was a mistake on the online price and that they would not honor it. The dealership refused to give the price that they advertised more than one day. FYI- that price is still online. More

When I called the dealership, I was told that it had been sold, but they had two other similar vehicles for sale. I wasted $40 for a CARFAX report on the vehicle. It should not take almost 4 months for them to update the website when a vehicle is sold. A dealership that uses these tactics cannot be trusted. More

Asked them why they did and they flat out lied about it, showed them the alert and it stated Lithia Hyundai was the inquiry. Everyone left the room and there was no answer for the inquiry. Do Not waste your time or money here. More

Improved experience I was looking to absorb some negative equity and get into a cheaper/efficient car (out of an SUV) and was impressed that they had all the pricing onli I was looking to absorb some negative equity and get into a cheaper/efficient car (out of an SUV) and was impressed that they had all the pricing online with any available rebates and discounts clearly labeled! So often dealers will hide discounts or not clearly label them or not even have the price! When I took delivery of the car there were some water spots I wasn't thrilled about so they offered for me to come back early in the morning to drop it off and have a complete detail. They gave me a loaner car and detailed the car so it looked just the way I was hoping a new car would look! Even topped off my gas! Thank you Liz and everyone that helped! More
