Got the vehicle back did not drive off lot, check engine light came on. They said bring it back but had to make appt. When I did not leave the lot yet. It was hard to get through to the service center to get a ride back to the dealership. If you miss their call, it could take hours to get a hold of someone. I bring all four of my cars here for oil changes even though three are not Hyundai models. The service department is fast and thorough and the inspections assist me in keeping all of my cars in tip top s though three are not Hyundai models. They told me it would be 2 weeks before someone would be able to look at my car. Luckily someone was able to take a Quick Look at it. We replaced the battery which was covered by warranty and it worked fine able to look at my car. Luckily someone was able to take a Quick Look at it. We replaced the battery which was covered by warranty and it worked fine for 24 hours and then went back to all the flashing warning lights on the dash. They also didn’t have any loaner cars while my car was in the shop, that they were all checked out and didn’t have a waitlist, to just keep coming by every day at 1pm to see if one was available. I checked my warranty and it includes $35/day for a rental car. It’s super annoying having to use this dealership for all my warranty work. More
This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, and I am not one to complain. I live in Fairbanks and 4 four weeks I tried to make an appointment to get my car fixed. I literally had to drive to Anchorage from Fairbanks to get an appointment to get my car fixed. On your automated services there was always a promise to call back, but you never did. I would begin calling the service department the minute it opened up and no one would answer the phone. As I waited at the counter I watched employees texting on their phones while the service phone was ringing. This is NOT a way to treat customers. It was not this way in the past. I have purchased my last three vehicles from this dealership, but never again if this lack of service continues. When I did get my vehicle in, I did not receive any notification what its status was and again had to respond to the dealership to get an update. I was told the part would take 3-5 days to get it, and when it did get in, they would call me and set up an appointment, but 8 days later I had not received any information so had to call the dealership. Fortunately, I now have a phone number where I can get a manager who will respond if I have any issues. More
