Dana, Brandon, and Christian were all amazing! They withstood abuse from Chaz Limited, the auto body repair shop, and continued to treat me with kindness and respect. Dana, in particular, went far above and beyond to arrange third party repair services and kept me informed of the goings on each step of the way. Lithia Hyundai of Anchorage service department staff are incredible, competent, kind human beings and are the only people I truly trust with the ongoing repairs of my vehicle. Hyundai's service department is run by wonderful people who truly care about the customers' well being and the speedy return of a safe vehicle. I simply cannot rave about them enough! Staff are very friendly, service wait time is ridiculous, you can't ever get ahold of anyone on the phone, and they scheduled me promising a part would be here and didn't tell me until after almost 2 hrs for you can't ever get ahold of anyone on the phone, and they scheduled me promising a part would be here and didn't tell me until after almost 2 hrs for an oil change, my carnwas taken back almsot am hiur after my appointment time, and that supposed install that it didn't arrive.
