Mark really knows his product, does not engage in high-pressure sales tactics, and yet was responsive to all of my questions online and by phone (I don't live in Medford). He also got me into the car I really wanted for a super fair price. After all of the paperwork was done, he didn't just hand us the keys and show us the door, either. He walked us through all of the car's features and completely checked it out before he let us drive off the lot to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend Lithia Honda. More
