Alberto was very personable, knowledgeable and professional sale associate, it was worth the drive to Fresno since there are no dealership in Modesto come close to the customer service I received in Fresno Ford. I also had the pleasure of working with Ash in finance; he was very personable as well and put me at ease during all the paper work that had to be done. I highly recommend these two people for future purchases of any Ford or Lincoln vehicles. The selection, BTW is awesome!!! This store has about 600 cars on the lot and I bet you will find what you want. More

If you could check to see if it came in yet. I would like to let the customers know if anytime you have a problem then go to Cal in stead of posting complaints you will find out as I did problems can be taken care of the right way, if you treat others as you want to be treated it always works out. Customer Service We just had our Ford Flex in for an oil change and assessment of a noise inside the vehicle. Mind you this noise came to surface after we left our Flex there for over a week to have the water pump changed. The service rep Hugo Gutierrez was very disrespectful toward me and my wife. His answers were each time short and non-customer centered. He even at one point made the remark well I could have pulled your whole dash out in a tone of voice that left us walking away from the service department feeling disrespected, and belittled. We are very well connected community based people who understand right from wrong and this just isn't the way to treat people on any level!! I'm starting here with ensuring this type of service is exposed to the community and I will continue to expose this un-professionalism from this individual so one else has to walk away feeling this way again. More
