Overall, the Service Dept. delivered horrible customer service which include two employees I had encountered at the cashiers desk and from an employee whom delivered my vehicle to the front of the dealer service which include two employees I had encountered at the cashiers desk and from an employee whom delivered my vehicle to the front of the dealership. This particular incident involved him leaving my vehicle running and left it unattended without confirming the owner to release. I had heated seats put in and was told everything would be fine but it is not. It has already malfunction a year ago and now it has done it again and needs a whole new system. However it is after the 3 year warranty and they won’t fix it. It is only a 3 year old brand new truck it shouldn’t have any problems however everyone at the dealership knows me by face for how many times I have had to come in to get it fixed and get a rental. Then to have to pay 185 dollars for them to do nothing is ridiculous. More
