Was lied to about things I specifically asked about. Spent 55 thousand on a car that only has one transponder key. Things in car don’t work when after we left dealership. Was lied to about my trade in value, come to find out they paid me less and just tacked the rest onto my loan. Was told there was no option to NOT buy an extended warranty. And if I didn’t buy there gap insurance my APR would go up. Was lied to about my APR it was higher than we where told. They promised me a full tank of gas and as I was leaving I realized there was less than half a tank. I am a repeat customer. Yuba city dodge used to be the best dealership in California. Since They were purchased by Lithia they have gone to crap. Don’t recommend. More

Jeep Wrangler went in for ball joint’s and alignment along with an oil and filter change. Had it for 4 days and didn’t even do the oil and filter service, it was to be done in 2 days. No contact unless along with an oil and filter change. Had it for 4 days and didn’t even do the oil and filter service, it was to be done in 2 days. No contact unless I called first. To top it all off at the end when we paid they forgot the military discount and when we called about it they said well you already paid…. The service use to be good but this was the worst service I have had there. Will be looking for a new dealer for the service. More
