This is the last time I'll ever use John L Sullivan for any service work. I have a 2022 Wagoneer that I took in for some warranty work and blow is how it has/is going: Took the Wagoneer in December 202 any service work. I have a 2022 Wagoneer that I took in for some warranty work and blow is how it has/is going: Took the Wagoneer in December 2022 for bad sunroof seals both on the front portion of the moving glass and the side of the fixed glass. They had to order parts said it would be 3 weeks to a month, I said no problem and left until they called me saying all parts are in. It was the first week of January 2023 I take my Wagoneer back in, and also noticed my seat heater won't stay on for longer than 5 minutes and read of a potential issue on this. So when I took it back in I ask them to check it out. I wait almost 8 hours to get a call from them saying part of the procedure to troubleshoot the seat heater is to hook it up to the computer and run a Rapid Response for any firmware updates to the vehicle. They noted the power steering control module needed an update and when they proceeded to update it failed and became not drivable. I ask if the sunroof was done but the service advisor wasn't sure but ensured it would be done. But of course due to parts they tell me it will be a month to get the updated power steering module in so my car has to stay at the dealership. After a month of having the car they call me to tell me they received the part and are installing it so it will be ready to go. I go first of March to pick it up after they call to say its all done except for the seat heater as they are still waiting on those parts but don't want me to wait for it any longer and will let me know when they get parts and reschedule. I go to pick up the car and inspect the sunroof and to my surprise they changed out the front seal but not the side one. So I still have a bad sunroof seal!! I bring this to the advisors attention but they can't find my paperwork so they look on the computer and now claim the parts for that seal weren't in but are now on order, yet previously they told me all seals were in. So I leave with my car, no paperwork, and no ETA on seals or seat heater parts. Now we are at the middle of April and I get a call from the parts department that says my seat heater parts and power steering module is in. I ask what about the sunroof seals. She looks it up and says the parts came in back in January but the tech returned them saying they weren't needed on my car. So they had the parts the entire time but the tech was too lazy to replace them all!! I ask parts why is there a power steering module if that got replaced previously, she didn't know and said they were just tagged with your name but to talk to the advisor when I come in. I drop the car off 4-19-2023 at 9am. When I go in they aren't even aware of what service needs to be performed even though I made an appointment for the warranty work. They look up the parts and I re-explain the issues. I ask the advisor why there is a steering module if that was completed before? Turns out she said the shop foreman was able to fix my car so they didn't need the part. So they had my car for 1 month and didn't replace anything. I get a call at 1:30pm from the advisor who tells me the tech may need to keep it over night to finish the seat heaters as they take time. In the meantime I keep a gps tracker on the car and my car has been sitting in their service lot for the day. I ask while seeing my tracking location why its out back and the advisor says no the tech just came and talked to me and is working on it. We are now at 4-20-2023 at 10am and the car is still in the same location, so its impossible they have done any work. I live 45 mins away but will be going down there later today and if no work is performed I'll pull the vehicle and take it to a reputable dealer. I've reached out to the service manager but he won't answer and can't leave a message. Took 2 more days I'll never be back. More

I was left waiting for way too long and was ignored by the salesman once we had an agreement on the price of the car. Salesman was fair at best. After the sale they forgot I existed. Two small problems, c the salesman once we had an agreement on the price of the car. Salesman was fair at best. After the sale they forgot I existed. Two small problems, can't get anyone to help with them. Finally spoke to salesman, said he'd get back to me but never did. Left voicemail and emailed sales manager, no response. Left message for General manager, no response. Called there corporate office which is Lithia in Oregon, no response. The issues aren't major but to be left out in the cold and not willing to have anyone talk to you is just very poor business. If for some reason you felt you had to buy a car from them, make sure everything is 110% for you leave because getting them to talk to you after the sale in my experience has not been possible. I cannot recommend doing business what's John L Sullivan Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Yuba city. And at this point would be leery of any and or all Lithia group owned dealerships. More

I find myself at a loss for words, unsure of where to begin. The series of events I have encountered with the management at John L. Sullivan in Yuba City, Ca has been nothing short of a nightmare. Reg to begin. The series of events I have encountered with the management at John L. Sullivan in Yuba City, Ca has been nothing short of a nightmare. Regrettably, I have endured countless instances of disrespect, leaving me utterly dismayed. Moreover, the unfortunate outcome of these encounters has resulted in the prolonged absence of my work truck for an astonishing three weeks. This unfortunate situation has arisen due to the conduct of an employee in a position of power who, instead of providing exemplary service, exploits their authority to intimidate paying customers, fueled by an unwarranted personal attachment to online reviews. Allow me to shed light on the actions of Ryan Triebess, the Service Manager, who has repeatedly exhibited bullying behavior towards customers who dare to voice their dissatisfaction with the subpar service they have received. Astonishingly, Ryan took it upon himself to single me out, revealing my identity as the author of a review he deemed unfair and expressed his lack of appreciation for it. Following this unsettling revelation, he callously informed me that I should retrieve my vehicle promptly, as the dealership would not extend any further assistance despite my distressing breakdown and subsequent towing. Strangely, it took over a week before he even acknowledged the presence of my vehicle. To compound matters, he had the audacity to question whether I would fulfill my financial obligation if they were to service my truck. The sheer nerve! I want to emphasize that I have always honored my financial responsibilities, and this fact can be substantiated through the comprehensive documentation available, including text messages and email exchanges. I also have made several attempts in trying to retrieve the general managers contact information, which I was told by Ryan that he would not be giving me any of it and that he would simply forward our emails to his boss, but that’s it, which I doubt he even followed through on doing. Moreover, it is disheartening to report that the general manager has failed to respond to any of my numerous attempts to reach out for resolution. The gravity of my concerns is substantial, yet my pleas for attention have been met with silence. However, I must briefly touch upon an issue that continues to incense me to my core. My 2021 RAM 2500 Laramie 6.7l, a mere six months old at the time, was entrusted to your dealership for approximately three weeks, during which an alarming number of 57 error codes were detected. Astonishingly, upon retrieving my vehicle, I was informed that no repairs had been undertaken and that everything was supposedly in working order. How could this be? How could 57 error codes go unaddressed while the truck's performance remains abysmal? Furthermore, I regret to inform you that my truck has already experienced instances of my truck catching fire due to an electrical short within the wiring harness for the heater/defroster which is a safety concern in my opinion and I was almost burned in my attempt at extinguishing said fire. I am scared to have anyone ride in my truck with me because of this and the simple fact that this fire issue has not been corrected and I still to this day am having to deal with it with zero help at all from the selling dealer. Also, I have had engine failure, requiring the replacement of critical components such as the PCM and other electrical parts on two separate occasions. Most recently, while driving on the freeway, all warning lights illuminated, and the vehicle came to a complete halt, leaving me stranded. Astonishingly, the dealership insists that there are no issues with my truck. More
I am penning this missive to draw your prompt attention to a critical matter. On Thursday, April 20th, 2023 at 6:30 pm, I had to engage the services of your selling dealer, John L. Sullivan CDJR Yuba City, to a critical matter. On Thursday, April 20th, 2023 at 6:30 pm, I had to engage the services of your selling dealer, John L. Sullivan CDJR Yuba City, California as my vehicle had several warning lights illuminated, indicating an impending danger to the vehicle's safety and integrity. The vehicle had suffered a fire outbreak and multiple electrical malfunctions since its purchase. However, the dealership has repudiated any responsibility for these anomalies. The situation has been further exacerbated by the bellicose, confrontational, and contentious conduct of the John L. Sullivan staff. Despite my repeated attempts to seek their aid, my vehicle has remained stagnant in their service department lot for a week now without any form of assistance. Moreover, I have observed that the vehicle's odometer now displays over a million miles logged, whereas previously, it had only 114,000 miles. This discrepancy is highly disconcerting, and I would like a comprehensive investigation into this issue. I would like to emphasize that I am currently in the middle of groundwork and trying to get my rice planted before the end of the month, and my vehicle holds all my tools for my job, which is also the primary source of income for me and my family. Unfortunately, due to the negligence of your service manager and service staff, I am unable to complete certain vital tasks. I implore you to take swift action to redress this situation as I am currently facing significant difficulties as a result of John L. Sullivan's disregard and lack of assistance. I expect a prompt response from you regarding this matter. More
We talked to Jeremy over the phone about buying a truck advertised on their website. He told us the truck was available and that we could meet the next day to purchase it. We drove for 3 hours to get ther advertised on their website. He told us the truck was available and that we could meet the next day to purchase it. We drove for 3 hours to get there and asked to see him. We were told that it's his day off and the truck was sold the day before. They then offer me to buy a more expensive one. This is one of their schemes to lure buyers by advertising nonexistent vehicle. Don't do business with them!!! More
