Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno is the best dealership in all of Northern Nevada for many reasons. To name a few, let’s start with the fact their staff is extremely knowledgeable. They are always kind. I’ve been to dealerships where there are cigarette buds everywhere throughout the parking lot, but not here.! Not at Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno. From the sales department, to the service department, to the parts department, this team is professional beyond measure. This has been the only dealership I recommend in Northern Nevada and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. Aaron Lauer, Derric Williford, Ben Owing are top notch employees and Lithia is lucky to have them. Rob in the parts department, who is always professional and patient with customers.
