I was greeted by Dan Dunham after a few minutes which I appreciated as most dealerships swarm on customers as they enter like vultures on a carcass. I walked in, saw the vehicle I wanted, shot the breeze with Mr Dunham for a few moments and after deciding I was trading my current vehicle in for my new 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, I had more than acceptable financing as well as life time warranty and lifetime oil changes all for less than I was paying before. This was my 2nd encounter with Lithia Chrysler Jeep personally and my mother bought there as well. When it's time to buy new I will definitely take my business there. More

Our needs were somewhat unique, having the right transmission for towing was the 1st and primary requirement. The 2nd was I wanted a 4X4 to be able to go offroading, and 3rd was comfort and luxury for my wife, because this car would be replacing her 350 Mercedes. After visiting several other dealerships we arrived at and driving several cars, we arrived at Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno. Farris was our sales representative, he listened to what our list of needs were, then discussed the models to meet our requirements. We chose to test drive the Cherokee Trailhawk, my wife loved the interior and features, I liked the handling and that I only had to push 1 button to get into tow mode. So we purchased the Trailhawk, putting the deal together with trade in, extended warranty, and financing took about an hour. The experience was pleasant and professional I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
