Great customer service, usually The crew in the service department are always helpful and courteous. This visit was good except for the fact that there was only one service advisor w The crew in the service department are always helpful and courteous. This visit was good except for the fact that there was only one service advisor when i came in for my appointment. So while standing in line there was another customer behind me that was waiting. Then, another advisor came over and took him instead of me. Not a real big deal but i did have someone waiting for me outside to take me back to work. Sooo...when another service advisor went to his station nothing was said to me so I left my place in line and went over to him and he was nice and said he didn't see me standing there. I didn't mention i was standing or waiting so I would assume that he Did notice me in line. This is a small inconvenience and not a big deal. I will continue to be a customer and they are always pleasant to deal with. More

If I could give no stars I would! The service is great when you're buying a new car from them. But when there's problems with your brand new car they aren't so great to deal with. I've had issues with my 2017 Jeep Renegade since I bought it and it was brand new with only 4 miles on it. I've been taking it in to their service center multiple times and have never had the problem fixed. Each time they treated me like I was crazy for telling them there is something wrong with my car because they couldn't figure out what it was This was my first brand new car and they ruined this experience for me. I will never buy another car from them and I highly recommend other people dont too. Make the drive to go to a better dealership More
