Horrible experience with service department I brought in my truck under warranty with a hum coming from under my truck. I was told it was my front differential and it would take a week to get, a I brought in my truck under warranty with a hum coming from under my truck. I was told it was my front differential and it would take a week to get, after three weeks the differential was installed, great right..... no I was then told it was my transfer case and it will be another week then the transfer case was replaced . Approximately 90 days later the hum is back ,I bring it back down and I am told the front differential is again bad and at this time my warranty has expired. I take matters into my own hands and contact the company that supplied the front differential and get them to agree to send a replacement front differential and once it is installed I am told once again the hum is still there and it is the transfer case but lithia can not tell me who supplied the transfer case they have no record of it and I have since been ignored by lithia , I still to this day do not know who supplied the transfer case ,the front differential leaks the vent hose on the top of the differential was not reconnected the transfer case leaks ,all and all they are horrible to deal with and the work is obviously sub par I dealt with Cameron and Paul both in my opinion tell you stories and can not be trusted with your vehicle do not deal with lithia More
