Gregg was wonderful. He’s very kind, no nonsense, and doesn’t come off as too pushy. When issues with one car arose, he helped us find another car that turned out to be an even better fit for us. Let me start by saying that this is not the review that I wanted to write. It was my first new car, I was excited. It was nearly the shortest day of the year, so it was already dark when we got to the deale wanted to write. It was my first new car, I was excited. It was nearly the shortest day of the year, so it was already dark when we got to the dealership. My husband pulled into the parking lot and let them know we were looking for a blue Ram 2500 or 3500. They said we were in luck they had just gotten one. As we were looking at it under the parking lot lights, I said “are you sure it’s blue?” The salesman said, “You want me to get everyone to come shine their phone lights on it? Of course it’s blue. Ha ha ha.” I figured it looked black under those lights, but I haven’t seen it in the daylight, so I’m sure it just those parking lot lights. Another time during the process I asked, “Really this is blue? Because if it’s not, I’ll be driving it back here tomorrow.” We all had a good laugh. The staff all seemed very helpful and the process was almost fun! As I finished signing all the papers, I was even thinking, down the road if I need a little car, I might have to get a little Jeep or something, just so I can go back to those guys. Imagine my surprise the next morning when I look out to see a metallic grey/black truck parked in my driveway. I phoned the salesman that morning- didn’t want to call anyone too early on a Sunday. He told me they couldn’t deal with that today and that they would call me tomorrow. So then on Monday he basically tells me that they aren’t going to make it right. I was wiling to buy a different truck, even found one that was more money that they could get from another LIthia. Left a voice mail with the manager, Alan Pettibone and he NEVER phoned back. I think if everything goes perfect and you have no problems with your vehicle they’ll be fine to deal with. They made the process of parting with your money smooth and easy, but if you need anything, forget it. You’ll be nearly ignored. More
My experience with the service is terrible. I have a 2018 Rubicon I purchased here with 5K on it. There was a small list of things needing fixed at purchase time which an attempt was made to do. There was aftermarket lights on the bumpers and the wires for them were loose under the hood. I wanted them connected to the AUX. switches but the Tech. said this was not possible with out hours of diagnostic work so they were not going to do the work. I hooked them up myself in 32 min. There is a TSB for the steering gear box on this jeep and mine has the exact symptoms as explained in the TSB. First I was told there was no TSB and after giving them the TSB number and starting to read it they found it. I took my jeep in only to be told they drove it and it does not have the symptoms other than a slight pull to the right. It does have the symptoms so at this point I made an appointment with another dealer. They verified it does have multiple symptoms pertaining to the TSB and are performing the work for me along with taking care of a few other issues that were detected. It is a breath of fresh air not having to fight with the service department to get needed work done. My company is purchasing a new Dodge truck before the end of the year and it will be purchased at the dealership that took care of me not Lithia. More
Madison took the time to answer and any question we had and was never pushy nor off-putting. He did everything he could to make sure that we were well taken care of. If you're looking for a car salesman that does not treat you in a way in which car salesman have been negatively generalized, speak with Madison. His approach was refreshing, as he knew that we were set in our ways, yet still worked his tail off for us. To be honest, my wife and I were shocked when he came back with good news. He worked for us. Matt is a financial guru and made it work for my family when we were financially bound to a certain payment per month. We wanted to make sure that the vehicle of our future was covered in every way we deemed necessary while still being able make payments. As the recipient of a face to face meeting with a large elk with a car full of luggage, two dogs, and three amazing family members at 0100 going 65 in rural Montana made me realize how important it was to have financial protection. Matt put our family first, was completely transparent with what he was doing, the multitude of options available to us within our budget, and most importantly, treated us with respect, understanding , and care. He not only did his job, but also connected with us personally in ways that are much needed in times of crisis. We are grateful for him. The team we worked with put in a Tonneau cover and helped realign an issue with my wiper blades. They were personable and valued my time, working quickly and performing the job without a hitch. More

It was really a toss up honestly between the Ford dealer and Lithia. Then after buying, around the middle of the year it had issues starting. I wasn't worried though because hey, it's a new vehicle so let's take it back to the dealer. We took it in, then it was supposedly fixed. It started having issues again with starting. I'd pushed the button, and it just kept cranking on it's own. My wife also noticed an ugly stain on the headliner. So we took it in Saturday. Waited Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and now it's Thursday. They said it would be fixed this afternoon, but again. You have to end up calling them and they tell you it's another delay. We bought a new camper and it felt weird pulling it into my driveway with my neighbors Ford yesterday. Lithia has been nothing but delays and having to call them to see what the status is on fixing the truck. We bought a vehicle here prior, and this is the 2nd. But I won't be buying another from them after this experience. It's just not professional. They seem to care a heck of a lot about the sale, but when things to wrong I see I'm one of many people posting on their Facebook page. We get a partially fixed new vehicle. More
