My complaint is with the cleanliness of the vehicle. There where stains on the seats and Greg said they don't clean the seats. Noticed dried food/drink blob on the center console and told Greg they need to fire their detailer. Greg then had vehicle cleaned before I took ownership. When I got home, the blob was still there. Went back and looked at the photos they had online and you could see the blob. They need to fire the detailer. More

My parents first time buying from a car dealership didn’t go as planned and the original outcome wasn’t a good experience. However, Lithia Dodge of Missoula completely redeemed the situation. I was highly impressed by General Manager Ryan Tuttle, the patience he delivered, and the outstanding commitments he made. He stayed late into the evening to assist my parents in finding the vehicle that was right for them, he made sure from start to finish they left his dealership with what they not only wanted but what worked with their lifestyle and budget. Justin personally told us that tests for a cracked motor were negative, meaning they wouldn’t have to replace the motor under warranty and only replace the radiator (which we already had replaced 9 months a were negative, meaning they wouldn’t have to replace the motor under warranty and only replace the radiator (which we already had replaced 9 months ago). We took it to 2 other certified local mechanics and both told us it was cracked motor, and that lithia is being “shady”, their words exactly. Then we got a certified Chrysler mechanic at another Lithia dodge location to confirm our suspicions, a cracked engine. THEY STRAIGHT UP LIED. How more deceitful and disgusting could you get? We’re a returning customer as of 2007, and have bought em THREE cars through them and one in CASH. Also keep in mind they had our car in their possession for a WHOLE MONTH just for them to LIE to us... they either lied about the test or never even ran the test. Either way it’s lying, it’s deceitful, and it’s disgusting how they would treat a returning customer like that. NEVER buy from the Missoula location again, or TRUST them to diagnose/repair your car TRUTHFULLY. More
