Lithia Chrysler was the first Lithia Motors store and opened its doors in Ashland, OR in 1946.
In April 1970, Lithia Motors moved to Medford, OR and added the Dodge and Jeep franchises.
The store moved from its downtown Medford location to a brand new facility in 2007.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership. My experience with Luis Murrey was more than I expected. He was genuine in his interactions with me and his customer service was exemplary! I decided to purchase out of state, I live in Washington state after I had a very poor experience at our local Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Wenatchee Washington. The difference as to how I was treated by Luis as compared to the Wenatchee sales manager was night and day. Luis was extremely communicative and quick to respond to me phone calls and texts. Even on his days off. We were dealing with a shipping issue due to a wheel bearing on the shipper's vehicle. Even though this was out of Luis's control he was so apologetic and was concerned about my feelings and concern about getting the car delivered. He even took a video of it in the showroom to alleviate any concerns that I had that it was still there and it was mine during the time we were trying to arrange the shipping. He made sure that I was happy and felt cared for by the whole team. Another compliment goes to Shannon the delivery driver. What a kind and helpful person. He made sure that I understood all the paperwork and even connected me with someone (sorry I do not remember his name) to walk me through the paperwork page by page. Even though Shannon had a long 9 plus hour drive back he took his time, and I never felt rushed. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this dealership, Luis and the care I received.
