Mr. Baxter told me he would send me a "quote" the next day. The "quote" sent to me the next day was $7,191 more than the price Mr. Baxter and I had agreed on. Mr. Baxter lied to me when he assured me there would be "no surprises", if I concurred on them running my credit report (which came back well into the "excellent" range). He caused my credit score to be adversely affected, wasted my time, and disappointed me. I have learned through this unfortunate experience that Jim Baxter and Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Klamath Falls are not among the many trustworthy sellers in the Pacific Northwest.
