The sales dept was great, the service dept not so much I had a Ram PU towed in and it was diagnosed with a bad fuel pump. That was repaired fro $710. I drove the PU home and let it set for a week. Then I had a Ram PU towed in and it was diagnosed with a bad fuel pump. That was repaired fro $710. I drove the PU home and let it set for a week. Then it would not start. The service dept told me to have it towed in because something else must have gone wrong. They would "take a shot at it". I elected not to try again and took it to a local diesel shop. The problem was an incorrectly installed clamp on the fuel pump that had been replaced. Zero satisfaction from Lithia. They also failed to replace the serpentine belt as requested and said "we'll get it next time" The sales dept staff were the only ones that would return my calls. More

The Manager is impolite, and his mechanics are mostly lax. I went to Lithia to buy my first car so that I could drive to my school which is 30 miles away from my house. They sold me my car for 5087, which I ha I went to Lithia to buy my first car so that I could drive to my school which is 30 miles away from my house. They sold me my car for 5087, which I had to negotiate down from 5995. They were trying to sell my 01 Toyota at that price, but I pointed out that they were advertising the car for 4995. I also referred them to the Edmund's and Kelly Blue Book listings, which said that the max value of retail for that car was 4564. I had my mechanic look at the car, and he said I should ask for a NEW spare tire and oil filter, because the ones they put in the car were crap. That was part of the deal. They assured me that their mechanics had looked over the car and that it was in quote "excellent" condition. I bought the car with those deals in mind, and the next week I went in to get the new tire and filter. The mechanic replaced the filter, but he noticed that the air intake tube was held in place with DUCT TAPE. They also gave me the "New" tire, but I was worried that it was the same tire from before that Michelle rolled away. I came in the next week to get the intake tube fixed, for which they charged $85. They were going to charge me $170, but I was able to talk them down. I had my mechanic look at the car again, and he noticed that the new tube was being held in now with, no, not Duct tape, but ELECTRICAL TAPE. I think there's some irony in that. I brought my car back to the dealership and demanded that they fix the xxxx job they had done and tried to cover-up a SECOND TIME. They agreed to replace the part for free at least. My mechanic also found that the tire had a plug in it right next to the tire wall, which is ILLEGAL, and the tread was almost worn away. I went back a week later, and they gave me a new tire, and they replaced the tire. My mechanic told me to ask for my money back, so I did. The manager eventually came out to me, and he was less than polite. He said, and I'm paraphrasing here, we're not going to completely replace a 1700 dollar car (my car cost 5087, remember, which I paid for up-front in cash). This tells me he didn't respect me or the hassle his workers had caused. He then said "the deal was we'd split the 170 and you'd only pay 85, and get a new tire. We've gone above and beyond for you." The implication there seemed to be that I was being ungrateful to them. He then complained about me to a co-worker in the WAITING ROOM. Explain to me how you respect and value your customers, sir, if you're willing to complain about one RIGHT in front of your other customers? Is that how you treat everyone, or just the customers you who fight back with regards to you're (Insert Expletive)ing off? I'm sorry, Mr. Manager, but I don't think basic human decency should be your bar for "above and beyond." You lied when you sold me the car, you sold me a damaged car. Then your mechanics broke the car again, and took more time from my day. Your sales rep tried to give me back the same tire from the beginning with an illegal plug, and your service rep complained about me, as you did, behind my back yet in my plain view. The view of others, too. On all of your temporary plates the phrase "Hassle Free Service" decorates the surface. Hassle free my (Insert expletive relating to the gluteus maximus)!!! I'm only the fourth youngest remaining member of my family, and we are NEVER providing you service again! I will be contacting your owner, and I won't let you steal from me again. I'd like to end this review with a string of curses directed at ALL of you, but that would be improper. I'll leave the vivacious comments pertaining to the vacuous hellscape that is your dealership to YOUR imagination(s). Steer clear of this place if you're buying a used car! More

Great dealership I found my truck through the internet and contacted this dealership. They definitely handled my request very well and I flew there to drive my truck I found my truck through the internet and contacted this dealership.
