BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE On December 29/2018 my husband and I bought a 2017 Dodge Ram from Lithia Dodge of Klamath Falls. We had 2 requests with our trade in, which was also a On December 29/2018 my husband and I bought a 2017 Dodge Ram from Lithia Dodge of Klamath Falls. We had 2 requests with our trade in, which was also a Dodge Ram. We wanted the tool box and the brake controller for towing. They explained because it was a holiday weekend that it wouldn't be until Wednesday, January 2 that they could fulfill our request. My husband decided to pick up his tool box and wait for the tow brake on Wednesday. Our trade in was sold the day after we traded it in,with the brake controller... but this business WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, found it easier to avoid our phone calls, including the GM, then be honest with us or just purchase us a new one. APPARENTLY, they found our persistence annoying and instead of doing the right thing, they went to the customer who had purchased our trade in and took the old brake controller out....OUT MEANS THEY SNIPPED THE WIRES!!!! Today, January 16/2019 we received the brake controller with the snipped wires. We will have to purchase the adapter, I have worked in CUSTOMER SERVICE all my life and can not believe how we have been treated.I want to put the name of our sales person on this review, but she will know this is about her and maybe work a little harder on her customer skills. We will never buy another vehicle from Lithia Dodge again. More

Oil Change and Recall Updates The guys were extremely short handed and they were still able to get my trucks oil changed and the recall updates completed as promised. 2011 Toyota Pickup Problems We had to bring the used pickup we bought back in for work. Shop did their best and still can't fix problem. Lucky for us we did get a power train ag We had to bring the used pickup we bought back in for work. Shop did their best and still can't fix problem. Lucky for us we did get a power train agreement and that saved us. At first while we test drove the rig, we were told the pickup might just have a tire pressure or alignment problem. Turns out it was sold with a bad rear drive shaft. The shop has bent over backward trying to fix it. New parts and shop time are being used on our power train agreement. Problem is still on going to this date. Have to bring pickup back in so they can try again with the Toyota reps advice. More
