Recently we started having trouble with both th We bought our Nissan Titan a few years ago from lithia in Medford and purchased the extended warranty. Recently we started having trouble with both the front and rear window on the driver's side. We took the truck in on a Friday and dropped it off. Turns out the motor for the front window was bad and the regulator for the rear window was bad. They provided us with a car to use while repairs were made and on Monday we picked the truck up with everything working as it should with no cost to us. When they say hassle free experience I'm pretty sure they're taking about the service department. They made everything easy. More

I have been a Lithia customer for over nine years and purchased several cars from them. I bought my Prius Prime over 18 months ago and have only used about 90 gallons of gas (this includes several trips to Grands Pass, and one each to California and Arizona. I was treated very fairly and well, by Lana and Randy, when I bought my Prius Prime. More
