The only pleasant part about utilizing this service department was how quickly I could get my vehicle in. I was scheduled for a basic recall. When I went up to ask additional questions I was told that department was how quickly I could get my vehicle in. I was scheduled for a basic recall. When I went up to ask additional questions I was told that it was ready, almost like I was going to be left to wait and no one was going to tell me. I waited no more than 10 minutes so I was surprised how quickly that was done. After asking my questions on damages that could have been caused by a recall the guy at the service desk told me I would have to get the damages fixed myself then come back to get the recall looked at, but that’s what I was there for; to determine if my damage was caused by the recalled part. I ended up going to a different dealer for them to check my recall as this service department didn’t even log and clear that they did mine. I verified on the Chrysler website by vin and they never logged it completed. Waste of time. More
