Liar Liar Scam to get people to come in I inquired about a vehicle one day and a voice message was left the following day, that the car showing online was till available. I decided to drive I inquired about a vehicle one day and a voice message was left the following day, that the car showing online was till available. I decided to drive for almost 2 hours with all the traffic finally get there no car anywhere. I asked a sales rep he didn't have any idea of that particular I was looking for even though is listed on their site. I called back the number that I received the call early saying that the car was still available, and the same person that left the message picked up. I asked again if the car was still available she said yes that why don't you come in, I said I'm here in your lot, she said oh you are? hold on, put me on hold and then hang up the phone. I then took a walk to see if the car was there which it wasn't then a rep approached me trying to sale me a junk for $11k I ran out. This type of dealer should be taken down for lying to people just to have them come in and drive for hours. Still today they have that car listed on their website. More

I called to call center first to verify the vehicle was still available and inform the guy name Jose that I am paying cash for the car. He then confirm that the vehicle was in fact still vehicle so I decided to go see it, immediately notice huge selection of cars and numerous people roaming the cars, finally found this guy that works there his name was Karter, I must admit that the guy was very nice and polite, we found the car I was looking for and ask Karter the price to confirm, he then told me that the price was $10,000, so I immediately told him that the price listed on the website says $6,500, he then explains to me that was the finance price!! that every car listed in the website is the Finance Price and you must add at least 30% to that price!! What a scam! Please believe all the bad reviews listed here and every place else because they are true. Do not go to this place, dont spend your hard earn money on this place, go somewhere else with your business! More

Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire! I traveled there all the way from NJ to see a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was in my price range. I wanted to pay cash and NO financing. Called for I traveled there all the way from NJ to see a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was in my price range. I wanted to pay cash and NO financing. Called for 3 days to be sure the car was still there and got there and they told me they just sold it an hour ago! Lie #1 Not to brag, but I am an attractive, well groomed woman. So a salesman takes me to look at another Grand Cherokee that is disgusting. Bird droppings all over the windows, torn cloth seats, filthy inside and out with no amenities at all. Then he tells me that I can get the kind of SUV I want if I use my cash to finance. I say NO I want to buy cash. Then he just kind of fades away in the rows of cars... So another one pops up. I look at 2005 Toyota 4 Runner with 136k miles and he tells me it's 10,000! I say why on earth would I pay 10k for a car with 136k miles on it? He shows me a car that he says costs $4,500. So I say well I want to pay cash so what kind of deal can I get? He says "OH! If you're paying CASH then the car is sold at the Kelly Blue Book price of $10k! Ludicrous! I ask him to show me the website for car inventory go into the sales office with him. I CLEARLY see cars and prices listed. I see one at $4,499 so I ask him how much if i want to pay cash? He says if I pay cash he has to charge the Blue Book value! I'm like is $4,499 the price that you're showing on the internet is THAT the price? Or is there another price for financing that I'm not seeing? He says no you have to read the fine print on the ad that says if you finance you pay 30% down so if you buy cash then you have to put the 30% back on the price of the car. WHAT!!!! Lie #2! This place is doing a bait and switch and not very well either. They have absolutely lied about the prices of the cars on the internet and are only looking to get you to finance their nasty looking disgusting cars! They have no sympathy for anyone traveling a long distance because of their LIES! STAY AWAY! I'm reporting them to Cars.com, Auto Trader.com, the FBI, and the Better Business Bureau!
