I decided to go and check the SUV's out. Got there. All the vehicles on the websites that was under $2000.00 was 'gone' , 'sold'....yeah right ( and for weeks it was and still is there on the website). Its the old bait and switch tactic these guys are using. plus they are very expensive. The price u see on the car IS not the price u pay. LET ME REPEAT THAT. Do not buy your car from here. I do not how they can certify a car for New York State inspection with a tail light broken and a check engine light on. After a week with their mechanics the engine light certify a car for New York State inspection with a tail light broken and a check engine light on. After a week with their mechanics the engine light returned. When I brought it back they referred me to another mechanic that held the car for yet another week and could not fix it. The dealer would not help at all. I spent $600.00 to have a dealership run tests and tell me the car's CPU is not only faulty, but in fact it was from a different car of a different VIN number. Currently it is back at the mechanic to find 5 sensors are faulty, and a number of other mechanical problems that will cost $3,000.00 in parts alone! I plan on bringing this to the Better business bureau as well as have New York City informed of them falsifying New York State Inspection Standards to have them lose this ability. All this within a year of having the car!!! Again do yourself a big favor and buy elsewhere, xxxx a flooded hurricane car would be better than what they have and are hiding from you. More

This place is a junkyard. All the pretty looking cars the advertise they dont have it. Thats how they attract peoples. I happened to work with ADAM because he was the one who was free when I walked in to test drive the car, and I have to say I was very lucky. He was great through the whole process and really worked very hard to get me a very aggressive deal, made the process pretty smooth and worked within my difficult schedule. He was honest about the add-ons and what they did or didn't do and didn't try at all to push me into anything unnecessary. When I had an issue (see below) he was very responsive and tried to help as much as he could. I would whole heartedly recommend working with him if you are looking to buy! More

My conclusion is that they are posting vehicles to lure clients in and try to sell them something that's there..I agree that they are unethical and should be investigated. I won't even get into the blatant and shameless lies told when I got agitated and started to fuss and related my several dicussion with Kim and insisted on seeing her inperson...I was told u works at a call center among other bull...the price etc and everything was completely different to the website More

My story is same like others. The vehicle which I bought it was water damage with salvage labels on engine and transmission. Warranty crap which they give me dont want to fix any thing which is related to engine and transmission. It says on the warranty papers but they are also very tricky specially when it needs the repairment's in motor or transmission. There are many peoples who are trying to bring their business down.
