A wonderful and relaxing experience. After looking at other comparable vehicles to the MKZ, we now knew this was the car we wanted to pursue. We visited Prestige given proximity and made some initial connections and discussed some initial numbers. Following this, I pursued TrueCar as the other dealerships weren't that close and personally, I didn't want to take the time to drive 30-60 mins away just to find out their pricing schedules were not going to be inline with where I was comfortable in being. Fast forward and one dealership (over 45 mins) away offered very aggressive pricing. I came back to prestige and had the pleasure of working with Rich, the General Sales Manager. He was extremely courteous and clearly wanted our business. Bottom line, he pursued every avenue he could and offered pricing that beat out the other dealership. In fact, the other dealerships (not knowing I was close to signing a deal) continued to reach out to me and when I stated the official offer on the table, 2 of them said, well, "...with those numbers, there's no reason to discuss this any further, let alone have you make a trip." Really? Other dealership essentially telling you, take the deal you have on the table.... Aside from the most common factor the consumer focuses on (price), the dealership presentation is relaxing, inviting and non-pressuring. We came back several times during the process and each and every time we were welcomed with full respect and appreciation. Further, the date night marketing program is simply brilliant and we took full advantage of this. What a way to enjoy the vehicle your considering without any commitment. As the process continued we worked with Dwight, Stanley and Christina. Each of these individuals are true professionals, value the customer, their time and their needs. I was very selective in the option packages I desired and they made it happen. In the end, a car was ultimately located and the team put the package together for me. Simply stated, I couldn't be any happier and right now we've owned the car for 11 days and clearly know we've made the right choice, both in car and dealership. More
