Great Buying Experience, How Buying A Car Should Be I had been shopping around for several months for a Hyundai Sonata. The car buying experience for me is usually a frustrating one and I rarely look forward to purchasing a car just because I can't stand haggling and arguing with salesmen. I am a buyer who does my homework, I use many resources including Edmunds, Kelly Blue Book, N.A.D.A and ebay to name a few. I had visited at least four dealerships in that two month span and walked out without a car and frustrated. I saw online the model I was looking for at Prestige Lincoln, it was a trade-in and the price was BELOW market. I called immediately, spoke to a very nice girl named Melissa. She first made sure the car was still available, she then set me up with a VIP appointment for that same day. I arrived at the dealership, didn't have to wait at all, I was met by my salesman Dwight Blackwood. He showed me the car, we went for a test drive, came back and he then made me an offer which was a few hundred less then the asking price and included a value for my trade-in that was reasonable. I was a little taken back, as other dealerships it was like pulling teeth trying to get them to take money off just to get the price within the high-end of the market range. There was no pressure during this process whatsoever. Even the meeting with the business manager, Stanley Matthew, was a pleasant one. He offered me additional warranties, etc., but was not pushy with them after I declined. To be objective in this review, if there was one thing they could focus more on, from my point of view would be the buying time. I arrived at the dealer at 2, but didn't leave until almost 6. Some of that is me, as I get impatient and am always in a hurry. But in my opinion, it is more important to get a fair price and to be treated with respect at the same time, and they did both very well. Overall a very pleasant experience. I wish the dealer was closer to me as I wouldn't mind trying out their service department. More

My 2014 Lincoln lease was ending the end of March 2017 so I began researching autos mid December. Can't believe how different Lincoln dealers present their current inventory and fees within a 20 mile area. I'm an educated elderly shopper and expected honest respectful salespeople upon my journey. After visiting a few dealerships, I was fortunate enough to find professional, knowledgeable employees at Prestige Lincoln who cared about my needs and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Kudos to Richie Nudelmon, Stan Matthews, Dwight Blackwood, Vice President Mark Jersin and even Jose the maintenance man who went out of their ways to introduce themselves and chat with me. Prestige has earned my respect ! It was my privilege working with a company with such high values in today's society. More

He is a good representative of this company. Even though we were there for some time (because we wanted to take the car home that day) Dwight and the rest of the staff made the wait so much easier. we drove 2 hours to this dealership and the service we received was well worth it. He was forthcoming via email with the price after my initial contact, and not forceful like other dealers who demand a face to face before a price is quoted. There is a Lincoln dealer 3 miles from my home in Englewood who had no customer service. I went there and waited 40 minutes before leaving, as nobody at the dealer acknowledged my presence. They should take note of the customer service philosophy at Prestige Lincoln. More
