Great experience, treated with kid gloves I knew Peter from another dealership. When I found out he was at Prestige, I recommended to my son that he bring his vehicle there for service. Peter worked with me to figure out what was available and went ahead with the service. Upon arriving at the dealer, we were greeted by an employee who directed us into the garage. The customer's names appear on an overhead board which adds to the customer experience. All went well with the service and I will definitely go back with my other vehicles. Outstanding experience I was able to visit their new showroom one day after work to test drive the MKC (I was very impressed at the NY auto show and wanted to learn more). I really enjoyed and appreciated all the time Steve was able to spend with me and he answered all my questions (I had many). Long story short...I negotiated the exact model and features I wanted and know I was probably driving the sales team crazy but they really took the time and were very patient as well as incredibly knowledgable. I am so happy with my purchase and know I made the right choice not only by choosing Lincoln, but choosing Prestige of Paramus as they continue to call me and follow up to see if I need additional help understanding and learning the many features included in the car (and I do). New Lincoln MKZ My wife wanted a specific Lincoln MKZ with panoramic sun roof and painted spoke 19" tires. Looked all around and nobody could get it but Prestige. Originally, I went to a different dealer (one closer to me obviously) and my experience with them was not the best. While I wanted a particular configuration and a 2015 model, I felt that this other dealer actually tried to talk me into buying a 2014 model. I was given an impression that 2015 MKS are not even out yet. They are only special ordered. The following day I chatted with a representative from Lincoln.com and I told her the configuration and color options that I am looking into and she was able to locate more than one cars in NJ and she referred me to Prestige Lincoln. Prestige Lincoln are fairly new and at the time when I was on the lookout, they were still in the process of getting their website UP and setting themselves up. At the time, they were not searchable on google maps or on www.lincoln.com. I called Prestige Lincoln and expressed my desire to lease a particular configuration and my Sales rep confirmed that they have the car in their inventory and I went to meet him, see the car and signed the lease. It was really that simple (other than the negotiation part which is never easy). Guys, Prestige Lincoln is a new dealership and I highly recommend that you give them a chance to entertain to your car buying / leasing needs. You will NOT be disappointed.
